      • Great Weigh to Lose Weight
      • Wow!!! I’m excited about Inches-A-Weigh and what is being accomplished!! Having tried a number of diets/exercise programs, but not being able to achieve any success, I joined Inches-A-Weigh in June 2008, following our 51st wedding anniversary. In seven weeks- yes, just 7 weeks, I lost 18 inches and about 12 pounds! I’ve a long way to go (almost one-fourth of the way), but 12 pounds is about the weight of a three- to six-month-old baby! One daughter who had not seen me in about a month was surprised at my flexibility and stamina. Being one who does not normally wears pants, I bought one pair in which to exercise at IAW. Later, when I went to purchase more, I bought pants one size down without trying them on. After coming home and trying them on, I had to take them back and get some that were THREE sizes down!!! When a daughter saw me, tears welled up in her eyes, not because of the weight loss, but because I was taking care of ME. Currently, I am doing 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes on the bicycle, in addition to the tables. About a month ago, I tried the elliptical, but couldn’t even do one minute. At eight weeks, I am able to do 5 minutes. Being retired, I am able to spend more time at IAW then someone who may be employed. The tables are wonderful---very relaxing. With arthritis, it’s difficult to do aerobic exercises; however, the tables exercise and firm my muscles without any pain. I also renewed friendship with a lady with whom I had gone to church for about 21 years. During the last nine years, we had seen each other from time to time at funerals, weddings, etc., but now we are exercising together and renewing our friendship. As I visit my various doctors, I am taking information on IAW and sharing with their office staff about the results I’m getting. Come and join me, and watch the inches-go-a-weigh! ahm (Alvinia, 11/12/2008)

            • I can't say enough good things about Inches-A-Weigh in Richmond, Virginia! I have lost 22 pounds and 33 inches. My weight loss has been steady since I started the program (which is better than I can say about all the others plans that I have tried!) The staff at Inches-A-Weigh are very friendly and supportive. The toning tables that are unique to the Inches-A-Weigh weight loss program have toned my body as I have lost weight. The staff provides all clients with diet plans that easily adapts to family meals because you use food from the grocery store. I have learned to eat a healthy diet, to not deprive myself and to not go around hungry! Thank you Inches-A-Weigh!! (LWG, 10/30/2008)
